It all began in ICY COLD Michigan
Jonathan always knew that he wanted to open his own business. He began working with his dad as a young kid and inherited his entrepreneurial drive. Jonathan later discovered his passion for the food industry. Making smoothies, experimenting with wraps, as well as sandwiches and flatbreads became more than a fun hobby.
Moving from Michigan to Florida he knew he could fill a gap in the local food market. Jonathan has created a restaurant that meets the need for healthy smoothies and sandwiches along with a number of guilty pleasures, like shaved ice and premium ice cream.
